Lunch Today.
Remember how Ina always talks about having 10 basic recipes and 3 variations on each? And I always respond with, "That's called dealing with leftovers."
So, I took
Ticky's leftover ass
from the other day.
Sliced it thinly, along with onions and multi-colored peppers.
Sauteed the veggies in butter. Added some salt and pepper.
Threw in the meat.
Added some shredded cheese.
Wallah! Cheese steak open face sammie.
