Steamed Littleneck Clams. Love 'em.
Mr. Hawthorne steamed
littleneck clams
for dinner last night. Just steam until the little buggers open up.
Serve with a cocktail sauce (ketchup, horseradish, Lea & Perrins, lemon juice) and a melted butter and lemon sauce.
Sometimes less is more.
