We have "moreovers."
Welcome to my Moreover Breakfast.
A few nights ago,
I'd made a stuffed pork roulade.
And don't worry.
That's not raw pork up there.
The red is from the cranberries in the stuffing.
I'd also made
cornbread
from Salsa Brava's recipe.
Rosie is ready to start her day.
This is my favorite part -
the release of the yolk.
Sop up the yolk with the cornbread.
Seriously good eats.
