Rosie Loves Her Vintage Recipes.

You know how I love my vintage recipes.
These delectable meals might just find their way
to the Hawthornes' dinner table.

This is eel, swimming in something.
I have no idea what.

Another classic asspic with lettuce leaves stuffed in the hole.

I cannot even fathom the sheer brilliance of this pineapple creation.

 Spaghettios with Vienna sausage.
Or you could substitute cheerios
and this would be excellent for breakfast!

 This is a bologna cake.
As is this.

And this.
As you can see,
this is a quite versatile recipe.

I hate food that looks at me.

 Spaghetti I get.
The sauce?  Not so much.

 Duck egg with fetus inside.

This is my brain on drugs.

Yum!  Bologna biscuits.

Laissez les bon temps rouler!

Bottom right:
"Nalley's is Adequate."
Nuf said.

Potato sauce "brings a nearly indetectable, earthy zest.
I like undetectable, earthy zest.

"Use in place of catsup
[It's KETCHUP!],
cheese, or lard to add a new twist ..."
Potato sauce in my pie crust, instead of lard.
BRILLIANT!
My grilled cheese sandwiches will never be the same.
"Available in nine mild flavors your family will love."

HAPPY APRIL!
To All Fools Out There.
