Daughter Hawthorne has told me to shut up talking
and just post the pictures.
She's getting antsy for more of our trip.
So Daughter Dearest,
I'm shutting up.
But not before I say one more thing:
Pictures and words can't do any of this any justice.
To paraphrase Mr. Xmaskatie,
you must "see this with your soul."
Mr. Hawthorne kept saying to me,
"Back up, Rosie. Back up. Just a leeeettle bit more."
I see this sign at the South Rim.
Uh oh.
Looks like a little back-tracking is in order.
At least it's new scenery.
But we're heading back almost to Vegas.
Mr. Hawthorne cannot know about this.
