Mo' Oysters.

 It's that wonderful time of year again.
Oyster Season.
My favorite time of the year.
Besides Blue Crab Season.
Or Soft Shell Crab Season

 I topped the oysters with Salsa Ranchera and Tomatillo Salsa.
I grow the vegetables and Mr. Hawthorne cans them. 
Salsa Roja, Salsa Verde, unsalted butter,
squeeze of lemon, crushed tortilla chips, 
grated Monterey Jack cheese.
Run under the broiler until bubbly.
Sprinkle minced parsley, cilantro, and chives over top.
