Saturday night,
Mr. Hawthorne came home with mahi mahi fillets.
He drizzled a bit of olive oil over top
and sprinkled with Old Bay seasoning.
On the grill for 6 1/2 - 8 1/2 minutes,
turning once.
Perfectly grilled mahi mahi.
While Mr. Hawthorne grilled,
I steamed the veggies - broccoli and carrots,
and topped with buttah.
This was a lovely, light, delicious meal.
The grilling added a delicate nuance
to the mahi mahi.
And the veggies were crisp/tender.
Perfection.
