 I always show you the pretty part of my garden.

I show you the good.

 Today, I'm not.

I'm showing you the bad and the ugly.

I filled up 4 trash cans for pick-up yesterday.

 I ran out of my absent neighbors' trash cans,
so I still have a large pile o' crap in the driveway.

 I pulled up larkspur, bachelor buttons, cilantro, weeds.

 And there's still more to pull up.

 I did a bit of trimming in the rose bed.

 Tomorrow, I fertilize.

 Life is good.

And I wait for the rains.
