Welcome to Rosie's April Garden.
Weather willing,
I'll be out working in it today.
Please enjoy this post throughout the weekend.

I think this is some type of convolvulus.
Centaurea cyanus,
commonly known as cornflower or bachelor's button.
I love this color.
My poor carrots.
Not all were gnarly like this.
Most were normal.
I was told this is a nematode problem
and to use feather meal and chitin to supplement the soil.
High in nitrogen,
feather meal is a byproduct of poultry processing.
Some type of phlox, I believe.
Ajuga.
Purple iris.
Happy Spring, my friends!
