Rosie Makes Lobster Salad.

For Mother's Day,
Mr. Hawthorne fixed lobsters
and Youngest Hawthorne made me a cake.

I had a bit left over,
so I'm making lobster salad.
 Rosie's Lobster Salad
6 ounces lobster meat, coarsely chopped
2 TB thinly sliced celery
1 TB chopped celery leaves
1 small radish, julienned
1 TB chopped red onion
1 TB chopped red pepper
1 TB lemon juice
freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Mix all together.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours to let the flavors meld.
