Rosie Makes A Fruit Salad.

I've made this before.
And I'll make it again.
And again.
It's so snackably good.
It's a fruit salad.
And you can use any fruits you like.
It changes a little bit every time I make it.

Rosie's Fruit Salad
1 cup seedless red grapes
1 cup "Moondrop" grapes (elongated seedless black grapes)
2 stalks celery, minced
1 apple, cored, peeled, and finely chopped
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup toasted pecans
1/2 cup toasted coconut

Dressing
1/3 package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1 TB sugar
2 tsp vanilla
Mix all together.

Toss fruits with dressing, coating evenly.
I leave the grapes whole.
Slicing them, I think, would water down the salad.
You can use any type of grape.
I just happened to see the Moondrop grapes
in the produce section and went with them.
And use whatever fruits you fancy.

I saved a little extra toasted coconut for the top.

If you like, sprinkle a little turbinado sugar over top too.
If you don't have turbinado,
brown sugar would work in a pinch.

Enjoy!
