We are approaching Boron, California,
the world's largest source of the boron compound,
boric acid.
Boron is home to California's largest open-pit mine,
which is also the largest borax mine in the world.
I consult out Garmin for lunch recommendations.
Although, the In-N-Out Burger draws my attention,
I think I'll pass.
It's like that Mobile Mexican place in Hillsborough.
The name itself speaks volumes.

Actually Rosie, In-and-Out burgers are supposedly best of breed for fast food - just ask Paris Hilton. Never had one, myself.
