October 9. Rosie Buys Herself A Table In Orick, California.
While traveling down the Redwood Highway,
we saw numerous rustic roadside artisans' studios.
Pull over, Mr. Hawthorne.
After checking around outside,
we went inside to the "showroom."
Uh oh.
I know I'm in trouble now.
I'm loving the tables
and yes, I need yet another table.
I'm loving these rocking chairs.
And they were extremely comfortable.
That's my little mushroom.
Hal Stevens, the artist,
carried my beautiful table
made of California buckeye to the car.
And we get to carry this sweet baby
across the United States.
I wanted the fountain too.
But I gotta draw the line somewhere.
Also, I've noticed that nasturtiums
do quite well in the Pacific Northwest.
I'm going to have to start collecting driftwood on the beach.
LOVE IT!! I would have gone bizonkers too.
