I got a twenty dollar credit one month.
I called back, and the menopausal BITCH told me they would NOT keep crediting my account.
They would send another "technician" out to "fix" the problem.

Could not agree with you more Rosie! Last year I had to have them out here at least 1x per week for 5 weeks. Not sure where they get these "techs" from but in my opinion some of them are not technical at all! They are extremely frustrating to deal with. I am on the Charter Sucks site too.
