Rosie's Early Spring Garden.

 Welcome to Rosie's Spring Garden.

Rosie and Mr. Hawthorne
have been on a quick trip down South.

We left on Thursday, March 13, 2014,
and got back Saturday, March 22.

I am so happy to be home.

I shot these pictures
on Saturday and Sunday.

Please enjoy.

 This is my swan, Irene,
who swam into my yard during ThatBitchIrene,
and decided to stay here forever.

I love hyacinths.
One of my favorite smells.

Broken terra cotta pot.
I buried the broken side
and now it spews fulgurite.

I made the concrete stepping stones
from assorted leaves in the garden.
And if you step on my stepping stones,
I will hurt you.

Still eating greens -
kale, turnips, and collards.

 Damn chickweed.
I need to weed.

 Willows are greening.

Ahhhh.
Spring.

Spring? What is this spring of which you speak? Snow is in our immediate forecast. I want spring. and I want it now.

Hell, I don't know. It's 36° here.

Why do I have to provide word verification on my own blog?

Blogger wants to make sure you aren't a robot.

Woke up to snow this morning. I want pretty flowers too!
