My first morning in Danville, Maxine took me to walk the Riverwalk Trail.

Here's the mural of the Wreck of the Old '97.
If you recall correctly, I've done this walk before.
Maxine informed me that this former building of Dan River Mills is being gutted and
being made into apartments.
Check out those windows.

The next day, we parked at the opposite end of the Riverwalk and walked all the way past those stacks.
