Rosie's Breakfast Moreovers.

There are no "leftovers" in the Hawthorne Household. We have "moreovers." Welcome to my Moreover Breakfast. A few nights ago, I'd made a stuffed pork roulade. And don't worry. That's not raw pork up there. The red is from the cranberries in the stuffing. I'd also made cornbread from Salsa Brava's recipe.
I heated some butter in my skillet and threw in a slice of pork and cornbread.
I browned the first side, then flipped over and added in the egg.
Rosie is ready to start her day. This is my favorite part - the release of the yolk. Sop up the yolk with the cornbread. Seriously good eats.
