All righty-dighty,
dear readers.
I'll put this forth again
and this time I want more responses.
Is there anything
you'd like to see Rosie cook?
Again, please leave out eyeballs,
beating cobra hearts, testicles,
and warthog rectum.
I am NOT Anthony Bourdain
and I do have some
RESERVATIONS.
Other than that,
I'm good to go.
Either email me or respond
in comments.
I'll try to do whatever
you suggest.
Looking forward to obliging you.

I recently discovered your site and love it. Going through the archives, I discovered your Oysters Rockefeller and couldn't wait for the opportunity to try them. They just looked so yummy.
ReplyDeleteHubby went oystering with some friends yesterday so I finally had the opportunity.
Today was the day, I figured what could go better with Steelers football? I made them and although I had to substitute store croutons and dried tarragon since that was all I could find, they were the best oysters I ever had, hubby loved them too. On top of that, the Steelers won. I doesn't get any better.
Thanks again, Joan
Glad you liked the oysters, Joan.
ReplyDeleteTry them sometime with panko breadcrumbs.
Also try them topped with salsa and Monterey Jack cheese.
Rosie, I'd like to see you make spaghetti squash sometime. I've been curious to try it, but I'd like to know what I'd be getting myself into first. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteAloha Rosie! Panko is what exactly? Flour? When a friend & I went traveling to the south Pacific we picked up a bag of Panko at the local grocer & used it in a variety of dishes.
ReplyDeleteSince I was the beverage control officer on the trip the Panko recipes didn't make it back like we did. Guess we'll have to go back. Mahalo from Texas
