just returned home from our weekend jaunt -
he to his twin sisters' birthdays
and I to Maxine's.
Until I have time to upload pics and post
the wonderful food we fixed this weekend,

Rosie's home-alone-lunch from last week.

Just what will Rosie fix for herself?
I believe it will be shrimp in a phyllo cup,
sitting on top of a dark leaf of lettuce,
with mixed greens from my garden,
sauced with Mr. Hawthorne's Srirachi Citrus Aioli,
and a few cuke slices tucked in.
