My nesting duck's eggs hatched on Mother's Day.

I went out this morning to check on
Bianca and her babies- Palmer, Chandler, Erica, and Opal.
They are waterborne.
There were six eggs.
Four hatched.
That must be some leap of faith for those babies
to just follow their Mama and jump off the bulkhead
into the deep unknown world four feet below.
It's called imprinting.
Godspeed.
