so that's what's for supper.

Ingredients:
For the stuffing:
1 bunch fresh parsley
4 sprigs fresh oregano
1 scallion
All preferably just picked from your garden.
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
freshly ground salt and pepper, to taste
For the sauce:
1 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
1 TB dried oregano
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp onion powder
pasta shells and rigatoni (tubes), cooked and drained

About 1/2 cup.
