Heh, but that is only true if you eat raw or parboiled whole sqid. So Mr. H still has no excuse. And fried calamari is quite delicious, by the way.

Place squid rings on top of your next in-oven seafood pilaf. They will be as tender as al dente pasta. Low and slow......
