Rosie Has A Partay!

 Saturday was Rosie's birthday

and she had a partay.

Here's the menu:

Mr. Hawthorne made deviled eggs.

mayo

mustard

sweet relish

hot paprika  

 

 

   These were scarfed down in no time.

  My cheese loaf looks a mess

but it's quite good.

It's layered bleu cheese and cream cheese layers

with a pesto and sun-dried tomato layer

and a pesto and roasted red pepper layer.

This is a Mexican Layered Casserole.

The bottom layer is a red bean pesto;

the middle layer is guacamole;

the top layer is seasoned sour cream

with chopped tomatoes, sliced black olives, and cheddar cheese.

 My ubiquitous corn bean tortilla pie.

 

 I love this little appetizer.

It's a Triscuit with cream cheese,

cucumber, smoked salmon, capers, and fresh dill.

Hot and spicy cheesy thingies.

Mr. Hawthorne made me a pineapple cake.

No leftovers!
