Moreover Pork Dish With Rice/Kale/Mushroom.


Recently, Rosie made a

 
We didn't finish the whole stir fry or the rice,
so I'm making Moreover Rice and Stir Fry today.


I picked some lovely kale from the garden.
This is going into the rice.
Rinse very well.
I hate it when extra unexpected protein finds its way into my meals.
Dry the kale and cut into pieces.

Ingredients for rice and kale stir fry:
 rice
kale
two knobs of ginger
mushrooms
scallions
soy sauce
hoisin sauce
salt and pepper


Chop the kale.
Slice the mushrooms and scallions.
Matchstick the ginger.



Heat peanut oil in wok or skillet over high heat.
Add ginger and scallions and ...
...  mushrooms and  ...

... kale.
Stir fry about 2-3 minutes.



Add in rice, a tablespoon or two each of soy and hoisin sauce.
Heat through.

Taste test.
Season with salt and pepper, if needed.

Serve with a nice stir fry of pork, vegetables, and cashews.
