Rosie's Garden.

Welcome to Rosie's Garden.

This is Mr. Lincoln.
Might be my favorite rose.
It's perfect.

Hot poker.

Love the bright blue of the bachelor button in the background.

I love orange and purple together.

I use the ice plant as a ground cover around the roses.

This is weird.
I don't know where it came from.
My friend, Zzzadig, ID'd it for me.
It's knotweed.

  1. Don't forget to collect your Celadon Poppy seeds and stain your fingers bright yellow. The little white rim on the seeds is highly attractive to ants, and they carry them off thereby distributing the plant. Leave some out and see if the ants don't come steal them.

  2. Thank you for the tip, Zzzadig. I'll keep a watch out for the little buggers.

  3. I was showing a friend the seeds today and explaining about the ants. 30 minutes later I looked down to see the last of three seeds being carried off. I don't know how they found them so quickly three feet in the air in the middle of the table.
