Mr. Hawthorne cooked dinner tonight for us
since I was busy blogging the Cream of Walnut Soup.
Soft shell crabs and fried sweet potatoes.

This was so good.
I love soft shells and the fried sweet potatoes were wonderful.
He makes his own tartar sauce - mayo, sweet relish, dill pickles, and lemon juice.
Lovely dinner.
Why did it take me longer to clean up the kitchen than it did
for him to prepare dinner and for us to eat it?
And I used the dish washer too.
Ah, the great mystery in life. If you discover the answer, you could be famous, if not rich.
