This is the little orchid you were so kind to retrieve from your garbage
for me last May when I was up there.
I've babied it for 5 months,
and now it's rewarding me with a new little shoot.
Blooms are forthcoming.
Please do not throw away anymore of your orchids.
I will gladly take them off your hands.

I can't be sure just yet, but that looks like you have a keikei (it means baby in Hawaiian). A keikei is a new plant growing from the parent plant.
