Grilled Marinated Chicken Breasts. Absolutely Delicious.

This is absolutely one of the BEST chicken dishes I've ever had. And I don't bestow accolades on chicken very much.
Here's the marinade: 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/3 cup olive oil 1/4 cup cider vinegar 3 garlic cloves, crushed 3 TB coarse-grain mustard juice of 1 lemon juice of 1 lime salt pepper Combine all together.
I skinned and boned the chicken breasts.
Poured the marinade over top of the chicken bosoms.
Covered and marinated for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
Mr. Hawthorne got home from work and started up the grill. Chicken goes on.
I took the leftover marinade and boiled it for a bit, so I could use it for a sauce.
Mr. Hawthorne grilled these breasts perfectly.
A little rice with peas, the grilled chicken, and the marinade. The best chicken I think I've ever had. Please try this. You won't be disappointed.
Xmaskatie, look for this Zip-lock bag in the fridge tomorrow. It's got a big chicken bosom, the rice, and the marinade. Bon appetit!
