17th Annual Colington Volunteer Fire Department's Saint Patrick's Day Dinner.

I spent yesterday morning chopping vegetables at the Colington Volunteer Fire Department for the annual Saint Patrick's Day dinner.
Onions, carrots, celery.
Four huge pots of veggies. Had to cook these in a second kitchen.
The boys saved the cooking liquid from the corned beef, skimmed off the fat on top, and cooked the cabbage and potatoes in that.
