Potstickers! Here are the little stuffed dumplings we made. Previously, I fried them. Tonight, for our guests I'm using the same dumplings for potstickers. Yes, the Hawthornes are still entertaining. I told you, we're terribly popular. A seat at our table is quite in demand these days. Swirl a thin layer of oil in the pan, heat it up over medium high, and brown the potstickers.
