Rosie Makes Potstickers.

Potstickers! Here are the little stuffed dumplings we made.
 Previously, I fried them.
Tonight, for our guests,
I'm using the same dumplings for potstickers.
Yes, the Hawthornes are still entertaining.
I told you, we're terribly popular.
 A seat at our table is quite in demand these days. Swirl a thin layer of oil in the pan,
heat it up over medium high, and brown the potstickers.
Turn over and ...
... brown the other side.
After browning, carefully pour in water and cover.
Cook over medium low about 6 minutes.
Sprinkle some cilantro over top
 and the red is Hungarian hot paprika.
My dipping sauce is soy sauce,
 rice vinegar, sriracha sauce, sesame oil, and ginger.

Rosie' if you use the same filling to make shu mai (steamed dumplings) I'm going to have to come out there and help eat them.
