Tonight, Mr. Hawthorne and I finished de-heading the rest of the 20 pounds of shrimp. #2 picture shows you how you pinch the head off. I like to use a paper towel to pinch with, since it gets that vein out a lot of times.


After deheading and some deveining, we size the shrimp small, medium, and large INto freezer bags. And WALLAH!! We have shrimp year-round.
