Thanksgiving Prep.

Hello everyone. Happy Thanksgiving Eve. Rosie is busy, busy, busy. Last night we had 3 tw0-legged and 3 four-legged critters come home. I'm getting ready to brine my turkey. Made crepes yesterday for Julia's gateau of crepes. And my broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms are waiting to be prepped. Be back later with pictures.
