Day 12 Of The Rosiethon. Rosie Makes Brickle® Drop Cookies.

 Rosie is having a busy day,
so please keep up.
I'll be posting several recipes a day
so I can get them to you before Christmas.

Brickle® Drop Cookies
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 1/3 cups toffee bits

Heat oven to 350°.
Lightly butter baking sheets.
Beat butter, sugars, vanilla, and salt in large bowl until blended.
Stir together flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar.
Gradually mix in with butter mixture until blended.
Stir in toffee bits.
Drop by heaping teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheets.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool slightly, then remove to wire rack.

Caution:  Do not let these cool completely on the sheets.
They'll stick.
