Day 4 Of The Rosiethon. Holiday Layer Bars.

 Holiday Layer Bars
1 1/2 cups finely crushed graham crackers
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
zest of one orange
1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups white chocolate baking pieces
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup dried cherries
1 cup chopped pecans

Heat oven to 350°.
Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with buttered foil.
Mix graham crackers, butter, and zest.
Press crumb mixture firmly into bottom of pan.
Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crust.
 Sprinkle white baking pieces, coconut, cranberries,
cherries, and pecans over condensed milk.
Lightly press the layers into the condensed milk.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until edges are light brown.
Cool in pan on a wire rack.
Cut into bars.

 Use a mini-rolling pin and plastic wrap
to firmly press crust into bottom of pan.

 Lightly press layers into condensed milk.
