Day 13 Of The Rosiethon. Rosie Makes Carnation Chocolate Fudge.

 Rosie is making Chocolate Fudge today.
Simple, easy, and quick.
 Chocolate Fudge

2 TB unsalted butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 tsp Kosher salt
1 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Butter an 8-inch square pan.
Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar, and salt
in a medium sauce pan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Stirring constantly,
boil 5 minutes,
then remove from heat.
Stir in marshmallows, peanut butter, vanilla, and nuts.
Stir vigorously for one minute
or until marshmallows melt completely. 
Pour into pan.
Spread evenly.
Cover and refrigerate.
Cut into squares.
