Turkey Moreovers! Rosie Makes Curried Turkey Salad.

It's Turkey Moreover Time.
What to do?

 I'm going with a light and refreshing curried turkey salad
wrapped in lettuce.
It's always a plus having an edible serving container.

Curried Turkey Salad
2 cups turkey, chopped
1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 TB chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
1/3 cup mayo
1 tsp curry powder
pinch Kosher salt, or to taste
freshly ground pepper
1 dozen seedless red grapes, sliced

Combine all ingredients.
Toss to coat evenly.



Wrap up in a lettuce leaf.

Enjoy!
