Just to let everyone know, Mr. Hawthorne and I have been out of town since last Friday. We returned to the humble homestead this afternoon and BOY DO I HAVE PICTURES to show you! Too tired to upload pics, write, and post tonight, after having driven 1300+ miles, but will try to do so tomorrow. Stay tuned! Dixie was soooo glad to see us. She did her happy dance for us. That's when she looks like a cartoon dog, with her back legs running in front of her front legs, scooting everywhere, and running all over the place. It's nice to be missed and greeted back so warmly.
