Plumber came and hooked up my kitchen sink. I have WATER! He left about 7:30 last night. The I turned the water on to take this picture and water started gushing everywhere under the counter. NOTE to anyone contemplating any type of remodel: Get EVERYBODY's CELL numbers. I'm trying to turn the valve off under the sink. Mr. H. went outside to the turn-off but couldn't turn it off. I fiddled with some valve under the sink and got the flow slowed down to a fast leak. Meanwhile, I'm running upstairs to get every towel in the house to mop up water, waiting for the plumber to get back. Mr. H . has taken to his bed due to stress. Plumber finally got back about 8:30 and fixed the problem. Now I can wash dishes once again. Yay me!
