Breakfast.


Every now and then your body just jones's for a particular food. Today when I woke up, it was greens. Luckily I had some spinach in the fridge. I steamed that, found some leftover grits and sauteed them along with some mushrooms. The grits were just how I like them. Crispy on the outside and creamy goodness on the inside. Butter and lemon juice on the spinach and I am ready to face the day.

But first, let's look at some of my houseplants.
