Flour and cocoa an 8" square baking pan.
I use cocoa instead of flour for chocolate cakes and brownies since it adds a bit more chocolatey flavor and you don't have the white flour on the finished product.

After baking, immediately sprinkle on Nestle's Toll House Semi Sweet Chocolate Morsels
and let them melt.
I made the mistake one time of substituting Food Lion's Semi Sweet Chocolate Morsels.
Trust me. Use the real thing.

Spread melted chocolate evenly over brownies.
When cool, slice into squares.

Then I melted white chocolate which isn't chocolate but they call it that anyway, dipped a fork into it, and drizzled/swirled over top of brownies.
