Hawthorne Dinner. Fried Delight.

Here's dindin from the other night. Soft shell crab, fried oysters, grilled asparagus, remoulade sauce, cocktail sauce, and tartar sauce. We probably have 50+ soft shells cleaned and frozen. That should last us until soft shell crab season rolls around again. When Mr. Hawthorne wants a soft shell crab, by golly he wants it now. And we're working on our second bushel of oysters.
Now that's some good eats.
