I know, Mar. I have been a disappointment. May need to turn in my shrike card.
All I can say is Fee-yeddi arrived Friday and has 4-5 ocean front houses for his family (I heard 45 people, but don't know if that includes the crew, who by the way, do not have oceanfront. They're on a nearby side street.)
We've been having delightful storms blowing through here for the past three days and locals do not venture out during tourist season and rainy days. When it rains here or the sun goes behind a cloud, the tourons leave the beach in droves and get in their cars to drive. Doesn't matter where to as long as they're driving. The traffic is brutal.
Rosie, I'm very disappointed in you. Why aren't you out there, stalking Guy Fi-etti?

That said, I may do some stalking yet.
Touron is offensive. Granted there are many tourists here who are morons, but there are plenty of locals who are morons too.
ReplyDeleteAnony, agreed. Morons are all amongst us.
