Rosie Makes Stuffed French Toast.

Rosie made a lovely loaf of bread the other day,
post forthcoming.
My Little Hawthornes plowed right through the loaves,
but I did manage to save a bit for French toast the next morning.

I sliced the bread into one inch thicknesses
and cut a pocket in the middle.

I spooned in some softened cream cheese
and my blueberry sauce/jam into the pocket,
then let the bread soak in a bath of egg, milk, sugar, and vanilla.

Crispy crunch on the outside.
Lovely creamy, blueberry goodness inside,
with real maple syrup.

This is worth waking up for.
