Old Pictures.

I'm going back 2 months.

Even though it's spring here, I'm going back.

Since I've lost my mini-digi-cam, I've gone to my back up, which I got for Christmas.
I just like something I can stick in my pocket and bring it out unobtrusively.
My digi-SLR I can't do that with.

I first used my digi-SLR when Mr. H. and I took a trip to Raleigh and Greensboro and Danville and Bassett last month.
Just reading the instruction book was exhausting.
I experimented with the camera.
It was horrible, reading the instruction book
and trying to figger out all the controls on the camera.

Remember, it snowed February 14 in Danville.
And I just uploaded these pictures from my big camera.

It started snowing that night about 8 PM.

I was so excited.

This is the backyard of my dear friend, Maxine's, house.

Maxine's backyard.

Sorry, my friends.
I just love snow.
I'm bummed since I've lost my wee camera.
I hate to think someone actually came INto my house and stole it.
I just won't think such thoughts.
I must have taken it, after THREE YEARS of leaving it on my desk or in my drawer
and put it somewhere.

SNOW!

Remember.
This was February 14.

Happy Easter, all!

Now look, Rosie, I've been coveting a Nikon SLR ever since you and another friend starting blogging with them - but if YOU have trouble with R'ingTFM, well, maybe I'll stick with my wonderful little Canon. (The only thing wrong with the Canon is that everybody ELSE keeps swiping it.)

(Disclaimer: around 1979 I bought a Nikon FM from Rosie when she had a camera store. I still have it, and a Nikon FM2).

OK Martie, I've been trying to figure out the "R'ing TFM" and just can't. Please decipher.

Oh I just figgered out what R'ing TFM is. I'm slow. And I'd been calling it just that the whole time.
