Garden Pictures.

Ain't this purty?

Tulips and hyacinths and sea shells.

Beautiful Verbena.

My red petoonie -
which made it over winter.

Here's my verbena, my larkspur and foxglove.

Will shoot pictures later when the larkspur and the foxglove bloom.

Here's the clump of petunias which made it through winter, with the border of yellow marigolds I put in yesterday.

This is Mediterranean Pink Heather.

Here's Sweet Broom. A lovely plant.

My asparagus, pushing up through the dirt.

Oh my Golly!
What's this shit?
It's APHIDS!!!!!
I had to spray all my roses to kill these little bastards.

Dixie likes to kinda lie down around the larkspur, the verbena, and the foxglove.

Awwww. Dixie amidst the Verbena.

My vinca is blooming in the mint patch.

My ivy is climbing up the side of the house underneath the deck.

Pretty tulip.

Angelonia.

Some kind of daisy.

I forget what this is.

My pretty geranium.

Awww, Dixie looks so happy.
Spring flowers rock.
Careful with that ivy, it'll take over your house. I finally got rid of mine; well, almost.

Purty flowers. Planted marigolds already?

And here I was excited that the sun melted yesterday's snow off the sidewalk, and my pot of chives is showing green shoots! (Yeah, I know, typical Chicago spring)

Glad Dixie has some verbena and flowers to lie down in, after all that baby puppy on her pillow.
