OK, Mama. Can I? Please?
Can I jump in?
Pleasepleaseplease?
Pretty please?
Ready, Dixie?

Ready, Dixie?
Get set!
JUMP!
Heh. She's working those flying nun ears.
Normal dogs would jump in and swim around a bit, then go to the steps, climb out, and go jump back in.
Not Dixie. She likes to twist around like a contortionist and slap the water with her paws to make big splashes.

And this behavior goes on ...
and on...
and on.
and on...
and on.
And she likes to roll over on her back and splash some more.
This activity goes on for quite some time.
Then she likes to stand in front of the jets like she's in a jacuzzi.
I LOVE DIXIE
ReplyDeletei can't wait to see if Giada can swim!
Well, Lane, I hope Giada can swim, since little Beau Rattlesnake HATES water and doesn't even want to be around when Dixie shakes it off. He even knows and anticipates when she's getting ready to 1-2-3-jump in and goes running up the steps.
