Continuing With My Meal - Meatballs For The Spaghetti.

To go along with my spaghetti, I'm making meatballs. Not just any meatballs, mind you, but Rosie's MeatBalls.
I had a big chunk of frozen hamburger meat and frozen pork sausage. Thawed them out. Then chopped garlic and onions, parsley, basil, and oregano. Pulled apart a whole wheat hoagie bun and poured whole milk over top. And I have parmesan cheese ready. Plus salt and pepper. It's lookin' good.
Hand mixed the protein (Heh. Protein. Food Network people are so damn pretentious with their frickin' protein.) with the garlic, onions, and herbs.
Added in the milk-soaked bread.
Added in the parmesan cheese. Oh, and if any of you are wondering, I de-blinged before doing any of the mixing. De-bling. A la Guy Feitti. A tool if there ever was one.
Rolled into balls.
Sauteed until browned.
Then I put them all in an oven, at 240 degrees, and took out when the temp reached 350. Yes, I was kinda preheating the oven. And this worked. These meatballs ROCKED.
