To go along with my spaghetti, I'm making meatballs.
Not just any meatballs, mind you, but Rosie's MeatBalls.
I had a big chunk of frozen hamburger meat and frozen pork sausage.
Thawed them out.
Then chopped garlic and onions, parsley, basil, and oregano.
Pulled apart a whole wheat hoagie bun and poured whole milk over top.
And I have parmesan cheese ready.
Plus salt and pepper.
It's lookin' good.
Then I put them all in an oven, at 240 degrees, and took out when the temp reached 350.
Yes, I was kinda preheating the oven.
And this worked.
These meatballs ROCKED.
