Leftover Pizza.

More pizza for lunch today.
Heated it up. Still delicious.
This is one of the best crusts I've ever made.
After the pizza, I was craving something sweet.
This hit the spot. Sliced apples, blue cheese, walnuts, and melted white chocolate.
Delicious combination of flavors and textures. Tart, crisp apples. Nutty crunchy goodness of the walnuts. Sharp, robust, salty, tangy, creaminess of the blue cheese. Delicate sweetness of the white chocolate. Ooh, this was good.

Leftover pizza is fabulous. I meant to tell you when I posted before that the last time I made pizza I used about 1/3 to 1/2 cup of wheat flour and it really added to the texture. Long live pizza!
