Rosie's Parmesan Breadsticks.

When I made my pizza dough, I only used half for the pizza. I oiled the other half of dough and sealed it in a zip lock bag and put it back in the fridge, saving it for breadsticks.
I turned the dough out onto a lightly floured board and kneaded it a bit. Then put it in a bowl covered with plastic wrap and wrapped my hot, wet, steamy, nuked towel around it, and set it back in the microwave to rise. (Donna, did you read that as naked towel? Yeah, I thought so.)
I added about a cup of grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup at a time, kneading as I went along. If the cheese doesn't incorporate well at the end, just add a little more olive oil and keep kneading.
I rolled the Parmesan dough into small balls, letting them rest for about 15 minutes.
Then I stretched and rolled the balls into sticks.
I brushed them with melted butter and minced garlic.
And added a sprinkling a freshly ground salt.
Let them rise in a warm oven.
Bake in a 425 degree oven until browned - 7 to 10 minutes.
Serve with warmed pizza sauce.

Anony, I don't know what's up then. I can't see anything on the right hand side of the page when I use IE and several readers can't either. Glad you can.
