of Georgia is concerned that the arrival of 8000 troops
in Guam will tip the island over and capsize it.

I can only fear what the arrival
of 250,000-300,000 tourons
in the upcoming tourist season
will do to our fragile Outer Banks.
Should I buy a boat?
Should I wear a life jacket 24/7?
How does one prepare to capsize?
